1. How can I reserve a hotel room?

You have to fill the online booking form and send it Us. Within 24 hours your order would be processed by our booking service. We will send the booking confirmation on your e-mail address.

2. What documents do I have to provide for hotel accommodation?

 For hotel accommodation You must have the Passport, or driving license, registered in the prescribed manner of Russian Federation legislation.

3. What is your check-out time in hotel?

Our established check-out time is 12.00 p.m.

4. What is your check-in time?

Check-in is 13.00-14.00

5. Is it possible to check-in in the morning?

Yes, morning check-in is possible, but You have to make additional payment in ½ room cost to the first day.

6. When can I cancel a booking request?

You have to send the cancelation form (in writing) by fax, e-mail, or by phone not later than:      

-Individual check-in – one day before arrival;

-For group of 10 persons – not later than 3 days before arrival;

-For group over 20 persons – not later than 10 days before arrival.

7. How can I pay for the room?

You can pay in cash or bank transfer to Russia.

8. Can you make a pro-forma invoice?

No. As we are on the Simplified System of the Taxation and we are not VAT payers, according to the letter of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation from 10/10/2007 № 03-11-04/2/253 we don’t make a pro-forma invoice.

9. What is the difference between rooms costs and categories?

Rooms of different categories are different in space, list of equipment, the amount of inner rooms (1 or 2 rooms, upholstered furniture presence, video-equipment presence, and rooms design)

11. Is it possible to leave a car by night or during the stay at the hotel parking?

Yes, it is possible, excepting large-sized transport.

12. Is there Internet access in the hotel?

Yes. There are cable Internet or Wi-Fi available on the all floors of hotel.    

13. Can I host guests in my room while I’m living in “Dom Uchonykh” hotel?

Yes. The visitors can stay at room until 23.00, under condition of rules observance of the hotel accommodation.
